The new re-branded VICSWIM Summer Kidz Program is leading the field in this summer’s learn-to-swim stakes.
“Our highly respected VICSWIM program has been providing Victorians with a high quality and contemporary learn-to-swim and aquatic education program since 1976”, said Aquatics & Recreation Victoria CEO Mr Ian Swan.
“As the recent 2009 Australian Bureau of Statistics survey showed, swimming is the most popular sport for children and noting Australia’s love affair with water, pools and beaches, the VICSWIM program is vital to both encouraging this healthy activity and helping kids play it safe by the water.” Mr Swan said.
The new VICSWIM Summer Kidz program, which is proudly supported by Swisse, will be taking place all over Victoria in the first three weeks of January next year. Online enrolments close on December 9 this year. For further details visit www.vicswim.com.au.
