Aquatics & Recreation Victoria is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of nine members with key knowledge and experience in many aspects of the aquatics and recreation industry, and expertise in business areas such as planning, marketing, finance and legal matters. 

 

ARV currently has 11 staff in a variety of roles, structured to allow for growth in the key areas of both 'Industry Services' and 'Aquatic and Recreation Services', and anticipated growth in the 'Business Development' arm of the organisation. 

 

On the ground, a dedicated group of 'Regional Coordinators' also assist in the delivery of AUSTSWIM Courses and VICSWIM Programs in all corners of Victoria.
