ARV, with the support of the Smart Water Fund, has undertaken an investigation into water usage in aquatic facilities.  Over the last year ARV has been investigating current water usage, water saving initiatives and their effectiveness, and best practice case studies in Victorian aquatic facilities.

 

The compiled results from this research have lead to the development of a Best Practice Guide. This Best Practice Guide outlines the key findings from this research, best practice case studies and lists minimum recommendations for facilities to save optimal levels of water.

 

A breakfast workshop that will outline the draft Best Practice Guide, along with some of the best practice case studies, will be held on Tuesday 22 September at the new Clayton Community Centre - Cooke Street, Clayton.
