ARV Industry Gala Awards 2024

The ARV Gala Industry awards were held on Friday June 21^st, 2024 at Centrepiece, Melbourne Park.

The ARV 2024 Industry Gala Awards is a pinnacle event in the industry’s event calendar and has been for 25 years. The 2024 event was the largest awards yet, with a record 927 guests in attendance!

This year’s 25^th celebration showcased our industry’s outstanding achievements of individuals and organisations within our industry in 2023.  

We extend our thanks to the 77 judges across each category, who assessed an ARV-record of 254 nominations, and ARV sponsors for their continued support.

This effort to acknowledge and celebrate a wide range of organisations and individuals and their achievements is what makes the ARV Awards such a special event.

The event opened with a magnificent Airline Dancers performance, bringing the ‘Around the World’ theme to life. We were warmly hosted by Tony Jones, who’s continued supported to ARV is greatly appreciated and spans 15 years. The evening wrapped with a performance by Unlimited, who performed some incredible renditions of everyone’s favourite hits and got the dancefloor pumping!

Amongst the awards included the official induction of new Aquatics and Recreation Victoria Life member, Warren Green. Warren has worked in facilities and as a consultant across his 30-year involvement with the industry, and we hope that this Life Membership goes some way to recognise his important contributions to ARV and our industry
