Online Workshop: How to Create a Mentally Healthy Workplace that Minimises Work-related Risks to Mental health
Creating a work environment that supports staff mental health helps to ensure organisations meet their legal obligations to provide working environments that are safe and without risks to both physical and mental health. In addition, organisations that support and promote the mental health of employees see better productivity and performance, increased staff engagement, reduced absenteeism, and higher retention of staff.
This workshop will focus on one important component of creating a mentally healthy workplace: Prevent harm.
In this workshop we will discuss how to identify psychosocial hazards in the workplace and eliminate or reduce any risk associated with these hazards, to enable mental health at work.
This workshop will be facilitated by ARV’s Mental Health Clinician/Consultant, Psychologist, Adele Bergin.
