"The Road to Inclusion" Three Part Workshop Series

Join us for a three-part series: "The Road to Inclusion.” Each workshop is designed to enable ARV leaders to move from conversation to action when it comes to creating and sustaining diverse, equitable and inclusive facilities.

The series is facilitated by Michelle Redfern, a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) expert and an experienced Sports board director.

The three hands-on, interactive workshops are designed to provide information and insights to get started or accelerate your DEI strategy.

• Workshop 1 - 1 June 2023 : DEI Foundations - Why do we want to focus on diversity, equity & inclusion? What is the current state? (Global, Australian, industry, employer), Why does it matter?
• Workshop 2 - 19 July 2023: DEI Barriers - Understanding what might get in the way of your DEI implementation and how to navigate pushback.
• Workshop 3 - 1 August 2023: DEI Implementation: How to build and implement a successful and sustainable DEI strategy and plan.
