A successful mentoring relationship provides benefits for both Mentor and Mentee. Mentees are provided with a more experienced and knowledgeable person with insight into the industry and leadership to provide feedback and advice on their continued career and professional development. Their mentor provides a sounding board to brainstorm ideas, communicate concerns and receive support.
